Paleflower licked her pelt softly before turning to her stocks of herbs. She daintily tucked her herbs into the earth.

Darkfur watched her sister as she sat next to her. She smiled at her sister.

Eternalkit sat alone, hating the world.

Emberstar surveyed the camp through her cold, ice-blue eyes, her ginger head held high with pride, no regret of her past in her eyes; as always. It was as if she never felt emotion; which she did; but her life had taught her never to show it, not ever. She made her way over to Eternalkit and meowed, "What are you doing all alone?"

Lightningstorm sat on the other side of camp, watching his mate with a dark blue gaze. He made no movements, only watched silently from a distance. He spotted Darkfur and Paleflower; giving them both a casual nod.

"Sitting," Eternalkit answered boredly. She was annoyed at her Clan today. She never let any cat know, but deep down, it bothered her. She flicked her tail with annoyance. Someday I'll show them!

Emberstar watched the kit throguh luminous icy eyes. "Well that sounds like fun," she meowed sarcastically. She opbserved the kit closely, then meowed, "You look annoyed by something. What?"

Lightningstorm chose this moment to edge a little bit closer so he could hear the conversation.

"Does it really matter?" Eternalkit asked boredly. This conversation itself annoyed her. Her Clan's treatment annoyed her. The thing that annoyed her most, though, was the fact that she was still a little kit and there was nothing she could do about it.

"Yes, it matters," Emberstar said, flicking her ginger tail from side to side, sensing the young kits annoyance. "You're annoyed about something, and keeping it inside of you will build up rage; something bad could happen..." she meowed, trailing off. She was thinking about Streampaw; she had done that herself once, lew herself get so annoyed, so angry that she killed her ex-best friend.
